We are thrilled to announce that after building a strong relationship with our local York Tech Admissions Office, MKSTAY residents have been given stream-lined “in-state” tuition status and, for those eligible, educational lottery fund assistance enabling MKs to attend school full-time for as little as $700.00 (including books)! York Tech has won numerous awards and offers a variety of degrees, including Accounting, Automotive Repair, Broadcasting, Communication, Business, Computers/IT, Drafting/Design, Dental, Early Childhood Education, Engineering Technologies, HVAC, Medical Transcription, Nursing, Radiology, and Welding. MKSTAY residents have also attended local Winthrop University-- Listed by Consumers Digest as one of the top 50 “Best Values” among public universities in the nation; one of the top 10 Best Regional Southeast public universities by U.S. News and World Report, Princeton Review, and Baron’s Best Buys. Winthrop has also been recognized as one of the top universities to encourage character development.
